Blyde River Canyon, South Africa

Friday, January 1st, 2010
Sister Elaine had a chance to visit a canyon while on her mission in South Africa.  Here is her update:

Hi everyone!

We visited Blyde River Canyon— This place was absolutely beautiful –hard to capture on camera, but these pictures from Nora’s camera give you a sense.  Reminds me of our own Grand Canyon in many ways.  Did you ever imagine Africa had places that look like this.  I sure didn’t.

Love,

Elaine
