Prayer requests

"Ask and you shall receive . . ."
People ask us as Sisters of Bon Secours to pray for them and their intentions every day. As people go into the main chapel door at the Bon Secours Provincial House in Marriottsville, MD, they can write their prayer request into a notebook. Other requests come from many places, through the sisters, the associates, co-workers, and people from outside as well as by email. Our sisters in prayer for you
All of us pray for you every day and the elderly Sisters of Bon Secours who reside on Marian Hall at the Provincial House have a special ministry of praying for your needs and the needs of people and situations all over the world. Your requests are also sent to sisters throughout the province and to the motherhouse in Paris.



	Order prayer cards

Our sisters pray in private for the requests as well during the Divine Office we pray daily, perhaps praying the rosary or another favorite prayer. We also name the intentions during liturgies and small group prayer times.

Sr. Anne Maureen, the coordinator of Marian House for many years, believes that whatever you seek, you'll find your answer in prayer. She says, "Our sisters are happy to receive your requests. The community really believe that where ever two or three are gathered together, God is in their midst.

Often," says Sr. Anne Maureen, "we get notes of appreciation. We know the prayer is answered, even if it is not answered with what is asked for. God knows best, so God gives us what we need."
